📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
We typically process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.
📍Delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For COD orders below ₹349, a small shipping fee may apply.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order anytime using your order ID on our tracking page.
👕 Product & Sizing
4. How do I find my perfect size?
Each product has a detailed size chart on the product page. We recommend checking measurements before placing your order, especially for oversized fits.
5. Do you offer unisex sizing?
No! Our T-shirts are currently designed for Men’s and designed to suit comfortably.
6. What material are your T-shirts made from?
We use premium 100% cotton for a soft, breathable, and long-lasting experience.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
7. What is your return & exchange policy?
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Returns Policy page for more information.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Only size exchanges are allowed (no color/design swaps)
8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Just email us at contact@wearzila.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will assist you with the process.
9. Are there any return charges?
For first-time size exchanges, we provide one free exchange.
In case of a refund request, reverse shipping charges of ₹50 may be deducted.
💸 Refunds
10. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and quality checked.
11. How will I get my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card). For COD orders, we’ll request bank details for NEFT transfer.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- UPI
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Net Banking
- Wallets
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
13. Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available for most pincodes across India with a nominal fee of ₹50.
14. How can I use a discount coupon?
Apply the coupon code at checkout in the “Apply Coupon” section before making payment.

15. Do you offer gift packaging?
Currently, we don’t offer gift packaging, but we’re working on adding that soon!
16. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Just email or DM us with your order ID.
